The Project

FRCABLE is a leading manufacturer of solar cables and other accessories, and we are always looking for opportunities to contribute to the growth of renewable energy.

In 2019, we had the chance to work on a solar project in Lixin, China.

As with any project, there were several challenges that we had to overcome during the execution of this project.

Lixin Project

The Challenges

Some of the key challenges that we faced included:

• Limited space: One of the main challenges we faced was the limited space available for the solar plant. The roof of the building was small and we had to ensure that all the solar panels and other equipment were fitted in a way that did not compromise the structural integrity of the building.

• Weather conditions: Lixin experiences extreme weather conditions, including heavy rains and strong winds. This posed a challenge when it came to installing the solar panels and other equipment. We had to ensure that all the components were secure and able to withstand the harsh weather conditions.

• Time constraints: The project had a tight deadline, which meant that we had to work efficiently and ensure that all the components were delivered on time. This required careful planning and coordination with the project team.

Conclusion

Despite the challenges, FRCABLE was able to complete the project successfully and on time. We provided high-quality solar cables, grounding clips, cable ties, and connectors that were essential for the smooth functioning of the solar plant.
